What's included in the digital version?

You will get the PDF file, PowerPoint file and access to the web version, which you can download immediately from inside the membership site. The PDF file comes in different languages. Check your spam folder for the link!

If I order the printed version, do I need to assemble it?

Short answer: Yes, assembly requried! Here Is What You Will Get:

We color print, cut the cutout pieces for you, you will need to assemble it. It's up to you how you want to store the activity sheets. You can use a hole punch, place in a ring binder, add velcros [optional but recommended] or use top-loading page protectors for printables. You will end up with TWO 2-inch binders [as seen on the video] You are welcome to use other binders, ring holders or storage bins. Please note: There are a few cutout pages that require cutting, which I'm not able to cut with a cutting machine. All square cutouts are cut for you, which are the majority of the cutout pieces, non-square pieces needs to be cut by hand (by you, the customer).

Do you ship worldwide? How much is shipping? 

Yes, I ship worldwide! At the moment I'm not able to offer free shipping outside the US, but I can meet you in the middle and charge only $52 for international shipping. Free shipping to the US.

What if I lose a piece? Will you replace it?

If you lose a piece, you can simply print it yourself. We provide the pdf file but will not replace specific pieces. We recommend adding velcros so they stick on the sheets and won't get lost so easily.

I'm a teacher, can I use it in my classroom or do I need an extended license?

YES! If you are a school teacher or a homeschool mom, you can use it for your child / students. If you are an outschool teacher, a tutor or any other business (for profit) we require you to get an extended license. Please contact hello@yelicious.com for an extended license.

What is the extended license for?

The extended license does not allow you to resell our materials. However, it allows you to use our material in your business that you profit from. 

Can I hire you? Do you do custom work? 

Unfortunately, each project takes a lot o time and I only manage to create products for my own business. However, if you sign up for my membership, I listen to my members and work on the projects they want to see and upload the project on the membership site for everyone to download. 

Can I purchase resell rights?

No. We may create an affiliate program in the future for you to sell and earn a commission but as for now, you can not modify or resell any of our products.  

Do you accept returns? / Can I get a refund?

For digital downloads, customers will need to request a refund before digital content is accessed. This means that once a consumer/customer has created an account and/or downloaded the content, then they have given up their consumer rights to a refund.  If you purchase the bundle, the digital file will be deducted from the bundle price and you will receive a refund only for the printed version upon receiving the return. International customers are required to pay for their own return label. 

When will I receive my order?

You will receive an email confirmation within 15 min of your purchase [please check your spam folder!] with a download link to your digital printables. Due to high volume, your physical order might take a little longer to process, but know that we're working {really) hard to get your items to you. The current processing time is 1-3 days and your package will be shipped via USPS priority mail or UPS for international shipping.
